Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice. McGowan Industries, Inc. reserves the right to increase prices at any time without notice unless you have a contract.

Terms are Net 15 days to domestic accounts. We accept all major credit cards, checks and wire transfers. A late payment charge of 1.5% a month may be added to unpaid balances more than 30 days old. Any orders received from customers with overdue balances may be placed on hold and not scheduled for delivery or production until the balance is paid in full.
 

Shipping

Freight and shipping are FOB shipping point. Cases can be shipped Next Day, Second Day, Three Day and Ground. Please include any special shipping instructions with your order including preferred carriers and/or account number to be charged. Unless specified orders will ship "best way" prepaid and add.

Orders placed prior to 1 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be shipped the next business day. All freight orders will ship the following business day.

Returns

All products ordered direct from McGowan Industries, Inc. are non-refundable except in the case of damaged, defective or product recalls. Any in-transit damage must be reported to the Supplier within 5 days after receipt of goods. Proof may be requested. All returns must be authorized by a McGowan Industries, Inc. representative and may be subject to restocking charges. All returns must have an accompanying RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) form and number. All returns must be received within 10 days after return is authorized. Under no circumstances will any return be accepted without approval. Goods will be returned at buyer’s expense and shipped back to McGowan Industries, Inc. warehouse. All items approved for return must be in unused, original packing and in re-saleable condition. Returns are subject to inspection before credit or refunds are issued. McGowan Industries, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit if products are not unused, original packing and in re-saleable condition. It is solely under McGowan Industries, Inc. discretion whether a refund or a product credit to the buyer’s account.

A 25% restocking fee may be assessed.
